Sending log file to Kronozio support

When you encounter an issue with Kronocard this is what you can do.

- Look at the top left corner for your installed Kronocard version.

- Go to http://kronocard.com/en/download-kronocard/ to know which is the lastest released version. If your installed version doesn't match then download and install the latest version.


- If it still doesn't work send us your Kronocard log files by following those 3 simple steps.

- Contact us at support@kronozio.com and give us as much information as you can so we can quickly help you. Screenshots are always welcome Smile

We will help you as quickly as possible but we need collaboration from you by sending us as many information as possible.
